Drunk Elephant Slaai Makeup - Melting Butter Cleanser 4.6 rating

Hydration is key in a skincare routine, whether that is in the form of a serum, mist, essence - or all of them!

The more the better. One of the key ingredients we all probably are somewhat familiar with is Hyaluronic acid.

Who is Glow Recipe?

Founded by Sarah Lee and Christine Chang in 2014, the brand has gone from strength to strength and they believe (and so do I) that ‘real skin is beautiful skin. Period’. I could not have said it better myself.

Price and verdict

I know and you know there are much more affordable Hyaluronic acid products on the market, I own some of them.

So I agree, £43/$45 for 30ml is a tad steep.

That doesn’t take away from the fact that it is a great product and if you are looking for a deeply hydrating serum with a lot of additional great ingredients too - then this is it.

In that sense, you get a little more for your money. I do really like it and so does my skin.

Glow Recipe Plum Plump Hyaluronic Serum conclusion

For me, it’s a splurge skincare product and I think it’s totally ok to invest in a few high-quality products if that’s what you’d like to do.

I alternate my Hyaluronic acid’s and that’s also okay too!

The brand does great mini sets which is a really good way of trying the product before fully investing.

This is a Hyaluronic acid that I would definitely use again, when my debit card allows for it.
